Shipping & Returns
Our company is responsible for the wrapping and the shipping of the products to the final addressee through the option selected by the customer at the moment of the checkout process. The products offered by us are in the storage of our providers and most of the requests are available for their delivery within 2 days from the confirmation of the order. In case of products that have to be fabricated by our providers, the time for making the shipment can be longer, in case of this situation the client will be notified as soon as possible.
The products you buy are delivered by the international mail service of your country, in case that the chosen method by the customer is Certified Air Mail, Express Mail Service or DHL Express. The time of delivery also depends on the efficacy of the services of your country. In case that the chosen shipping method is DHL Express, then the delivery will be realized by this enterprise to your address.
If for some reason you want to change the product you received, then you must send the product in question in the same conditions you received it, and then we will replace it with other product you choose of the same price or lower. All you have to do is pay the shipping cost.
Devolution of products
We worries about its client's satisfaction, that's why we allow our clients to return their purchases. The client must send the products by the shipping method of its preference in a term of 4 days after the order has been delivered to him, then we will wait until the products arrives to Bolivia, this can take days, weeks or even months. We will get in touch with you to proceed in the best possible way to realize the devolution of the total amount of the purchase once the products were delivered to us. All you have to do is pay the shipping cost or the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Important: We won't send back the money if the returned product has any damages or alterations at the time of arrival to Bolivian Stuff.
